Sharief Bhai was built to capture the soul of Bengaluru's Mosque Road biryani culture — slow-cooked dum biryani, mandi and ghee rice — and take it city-wide without losing the recipe. The brand runs a growing lineup of ghee rice SKUs alongside its core biryani and mandi range, and operates a mix of delivery-only kitchens and dine-in flagship stores. Its sibling brand, Roz Shawarma, spun out to focus purely on shawarma and rolls for a faster, lighter occasion.
